UAx300 Multi Protocol Gateway

UAx300 is multiprotocol gateway and the developed for IoT, IIoT and Industry 4.0 applications. It is powerfull to be gateway between Serial, Ethernet port and GSM ports. Serial ports are isolated and can work industrial applications. Configuration can done easy from anywhere thanks to web browser support. UAx300 developed to be gateway from Modbus RTU slaves, Modbus TCP/IP servers, ASCII, Siemens S7 PLC, Mitsubishi PLC servers to Modbus TCP/IP Server, OPC UA Server, MQTT Client and BACnet Server protocols.

In Short, UAx300 is Protocol Gateway or Converter for following Applications :

Data Acquisition / Reading :
Modbus RTU

Modbus RTU is working on Rs485 and Rs232 ports of UAx300 Gateway. Unit can collect data from Modbus RTU devices as Modbus RTU Master.
Modbus TCP/IP

Modbus TCP/IP is working on only one Ethernet port of UAx300 Gateway. Unit can collect data from Modbus TCP/IP Server devices as Modbus TCP/IP Client. There is a limit which it is 5 Server to collect data from. UAx300 can collect data from max 5 IP address for Modbus TCP/IP.
Siemens S7

Siemens S7 is working on only one Ethernet port of UAx300 Gateway. Unit can collect data from Siemens S7-1200 PLC devices . This is developed but still under tests. please check release date.
Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi protocols is working on only one Ethernet port of UAx300 Gateway. Unit can collect data from Mitsubishi PLC devices . This is developed but still under tests. please check release date.

 

Data Delivery / Conversion
OPC UA Server

OPC UA Server is supporting well in UAx300 for collected many data. HA, Histroical Access is supporting for OPC UA. You can use UAx300 as a datalogger thanks to buffer memory against data loss problems.
BACnet Server

BacNet Server is supporting well in UAx300 for collected many data.
MQTT Client

MQTT Client is supporting well in UAx300 for collected many data. MQTT function can be use as with or without TLS certificate.
Modbus TCP/IP Server

Modbus TCP/IP Server is supporting well in UAx300 for collected data which comes only from Rs485 ports as Modbus RTU. You can use UAx300 gateway as Rs485 Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP/IP gateway. There are 4 isolated Rs485 ports to collect Modbus RTU channels to convert into one Ethernet port as Modbus TCP/IP Server.

  • OPC UA Server supporting HA, Historical Access
  • OPC UA Server can work both Ethernet port and GSM network

  • one Ethernet port can be ASCII Client to collect ASCII TCP channels (max 5 IP address)
  • The data comes from Rs485 and Ethernet as ASCII has delivering as OPC UA Server
  • OPC UA Server can work both Ethernet port and GSM network
